What is Escapage?
A calm place to read short writing, keep the lines you love, and write your own. No endless feeds, no ads, and no AI. Just reading and writing.
Is it free?
Yes. Escapage is free to use.
Do I need an account?
Yes. A free account lets your writing, boards and saved lines sync and stay with you. You sign up with an email and a password.
Is my writing private?
Pins you post appear in the community feed and on your profile. Writing in Studio stays private until you choose to post it, and boards are private by default. You're always in control of what you share.
How do I post, pin or save a line?
Tap the composer at the top of the feed to leave a line, or write in Studio and pin any sentence to share it. Found a line you love in the feed? Give it a spark, leave a note, or save it to one of your boards.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the “···” menu on any pin or note to report it, or open a writer's profile to block them. once blocked, you won't see their content or hear from them. We review reports and act on anything that breaks our community rules, usually within 24 hours. You can also email contact@escapage.ink.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. It's permanent. See our account deletion page for exactly what's removed and how to request it if you can't sign in.
Do you use AI, ads, or sell my data?
No, no, and no. Escapage has no AI writing, no ads or ad tracking, and we never sell your data or use your writing to train anything. See our Privacy Policy.
What ages is Escapage for?
Escapage is for people aged 16 and over.
